Wolfe Research upgrades Owens Corning (OC) rating to an Outperform

In the deal valued at $145.41 per share,1,357 shares were sold. As a result of this transaction, Marcon Rachel Barthelemy now holds 12,089 shares worth roughly $1.6 million.

Then, Marcon Rachel Barthelemy bought 1,357 shares, generating $197,324 in total proceeds.

Before that, MORRIS W HOWARD sold 272 shares. Owens Corning shares valued at $39,247 were divested by the Director at a price of $144.29 per share. As a result of the transaction, MORRIS W HOWARD now holds 41,722 shares, worth roughly $5.53 million.

Wells Fargo also remained covering OC and has increased its forecast on December 17, 2024 with a “an Overweight” recommendation from previously “an Equal weight” rating. Barclays revised its rating on December 11, 2024. It rated OC as “an Overweight” which previously was an “an Equal weight”.
