AEye Inc (LIDR) receives a Buy rating from DA Davidson

AEye Inc’s recent filing unveils that its Treasurer & CFO Tierney Conor B acquired Company’s shares for reported $2406.0 on Mar 13 ’25. In the deal valued at $0.53 per share,4,500 shares were bought. As a result of this transaction, Tierney Conor B now holds 177,048 shares worth roughly $0.15 million.

Then, Husby Jonathon B. bought 36,707 shares, generating $19,998 in total proceeds. Upon buying the shares at $0.54, the Director now owns 84,258 shares.
