Citigroup gives a Neutral recommendation for Kellanova (K)

In a filing, Kellanova revealed its 10% Owner KELLOGG W K FOUNDATION TRUST unloaded Company’s shares for reported $9.19 million on Jun 16 ’25. In the deal valued at $80.19 per share,114,583 shares were sold. As a result of this transaction, KELLOGG W K FOUNDATION TRUST now holds 46,243,284 shares worth roughly $3.71 billion.

Then, KELLOGG W K FOUNDATION TRUST sold 114,583 shares, generating $9,382,973 in total proceeds. Upon selling the shares at $81.89, the 10% Owner now owns 46,357,867 shares.

Before that, KELLOGG W K FOUNDATION TRUST bought 458,332 shares. Kellanova shares valued at $37,531,891 were divested by the Owner of approximately 20% of at a price of $81.89 per share.

A number of analysts have revised their coverage, including RBC Capital Mkts’s analysts, who increased its forecast for the stock in mid February from “a Sector perform” to “an Outperform”. Exane BNP Paribas also remained covering K and has decreased its forecast on November 01, 2024 with a “Neutral” recommendation from previously “an Outperform” rating. Argus revised its rating on October 02, 2024. It rated K as “a Hold” which previously was an “a Buy”.
