As a result of this transaction, Slootman Frank now holds 50,329 shares worth roughly $10.55 million.

Then, Slootman Frank bought 200,000 shares, generating $41,353,996 in total proceeds.

Before that, Kleinerman Christian sold 10,000 shares. Snowflake Inc shares valued at $2,199,000 were divested by the EVP, Product Management at a price of $219.90 per share. As a result of the transaction, Kleinerman Christian now holds 471,351 shares, worth roughly $98.84 million.
